ambassadors of One Young World, a forum committed to empowering young leaders. 

Robertson’s idea is rooted in the belief that young leaders possess the innovative thinking and

change to inequality. She argues that traditional leadership has often failed
to address these problems effectively. “Better leadership would change a lot of

unimaginable circumstances,” she says.

more than 5.7 million people had been positively affected by its ambassador-led
projects. With scholarship recipients from 176 countries and a highly competitive
selection process, One Young World is fostering a global network of future leaders. 

Robertson’s vision is supported by her daughter, Ella Robertson McKay, managing director of One
Young World. Together, they aim to inspire, develop, and elevate young leaders,
believing that ethical and effective leadership is crucial for a sustainable future.
